Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based upon estimated weight and size of package for international sales and value of order in the UK.
For international sales rates vary depending on destination county. I do not include any import or customs duties, VAT or handling fees that may be charged by the receiving country. By agreeing to buy the goods you also agree to take responsibility for these additional costs if your country charges them.
Europe - I have decided to no longer ship to EU countries as standard shipping has been erratic and I am not able or willing to calculate possible VAT and customs charges for each counrtry and as customers it is not fair to expect you to pick these charges up on delivery.
Rates in the UK
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based upon total purchase cost for UK addresses. Current rates are set out here and I try and ensure orders are shipped within one working day of payment.
