Women Everywhere
Let's celebrate women everywhere, who must feel a bit like me
We carry on regardless, trying our best not to groan
We get on with our busy lives ,some with partners, some alone....
We conjure up ,by magic ,missing things around the home.
Find meals from empty fridges, give unruly hair an extra comb!
Then off to work we go, building bridges saving lives!
We fought to be so much more than mothers or housewives.
So when I look in the mirror, I can see how far we've come.
Brave, super women everywhere, just look what we have done!
